Privacy

Keenuva holds the data coaches and their clients put into the product: profiles, meal and training logs, check-ins, messages, and progress photos. It is used to run the product and for nothing else.

We do not sell data. We do not share it with advertisers. Progress photos are private to the client and their coach, and photo sharing is always consent-gated in the app.

Every consent a client gives is recorded, every coach action on client data is written to an audit log, and clients can request deletion of their data at any time from inside the app. Deletion requests are honoured asynchronously and completely.

Your data is yours: coaches can export their practice data at any time, and clients can request an export of their own records.

AI features (daily report drafts, plan generation, call summaries) send only the minimum context needed to our AI provider and never use your data to train third-party models.
